LG drops a visual for his latest track "Inner Peace"
THE TRACK WAS CURATED IN REAL TIME ON IG LIVE
As COVID-19 has gone on, artists have found new ways to showcase their creativity. While many have taken the IG live route to stay in tune with their fans, an exciting rapper by the name of LG took it a step further. On April 5th, he held a virtual brainstorm session where he wrote, recorded and engineered a track on the spot. The session began with him shuffling through beats, getting the audience’s input on both the best selection and the theme of the song. On the spot LG began playing with melodies and bringing the track together.
The result was a relevant track that commented on the current times during COVID-19. He touches on everything from Government shutdowns and empty streets, to his own mindset as he navigates his way through. “Inner Peace” proves that LG is not only miles ahead in terms of ideation in these times, but also creative enough to follow through and put together a quality song.
